As the name suggests, the High Waist skirt sits higher in the waist than others. Featuring a broad waistband that is flat in front and shirring in the back for stretch, it has an attached belt that ties in front and also features pockets in the sides. This long skirt has volume and is sure to make you feel fantastic as you wear it. Flats or heels are perfect!
