Free domestic door to door delivery is offered on order values of R1 000.00 or more including VAT (South Africa only).
Orders are usually delivered within 48 - 96 hours from date of dispatch.

International DeliveriesYou have control over the International Shipping Orders. As our customer, you have the option of selection the shipping option of your choice through the DLH Express link when you check out. You can select the option that bests suits you, and will be added when you check out.
Delivery times for international deliveries will be according to the delivery option you select on check out. You will receive a tracking number and link to track you parcel on it's way to you. If you you have any queries on your delivery you can contact the courier directly or contact online@bigblue.co.za
Please note that there could be additional duties to be paid once the parcel arrives in your country. Check with your government website for their clearance charges with regard to admin, duties and taxes as this is different depending on the country.
We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange returning the items in an unused and resaleable condition within 14 (Fourteen) working days after receipt for a full refund.
Please note that in these cases we do not reimburse return postage cost. If you should choose an exchange a charge will be added for the re-delivery. You are welcome to exchange your purchase at any Big Blue Store.
